The Cost Controller link, available from the Analyze tab in your Tool Bar, opens the Cost Controller search tool. You can use the Activity Detail feature to view and manage monthly activity detail (including the numbers called, the origination and destination locations, time, date and duration of activity and any associated charges) for an employee.
Note: Some of the features available in Premium Mobile may be restricted by your administrator or your Client Settings.
To view call details for an employee, perform the following steps:
1. Use the Cost Controller to locate the user and service number for which you want to view activity details.
2. Click the icon to open the Activity Detail screen.
The numbers called, the origination and destination locations, time, date and duration of calls and any associated charges are displayed for the employee.
You may use the tools on the top-right of the table to navigate Activity Detail screen pages.
