Note: The following topic is for Premium Mobile administrators.
Premium Mobile allows administrators to determine the user level required to view billing charges and full plan names. To configure Premium Mobile Billing Information Display Preferences, perform the following steps:
1. From the Organize tab in your Tool Bar, click Client Settings.
2. In the Client Settings menu, click the Billing Information Display Preferences link.
3. In the Billing Information Display Preferences area:
a. Select an option from the View Billing Charges drop-down list.
Enables to view the actual charges on the user summary, call detail, analyze departments, and cost controller screens and their associated print and export screens.
b. Select an option from the View Full Plan Name drop-down list.
Enables to view the actual plan name on the user summary, call profile, call detail, organize assets, and order details screens and their associated print and export screens.
c. Click the Save button.
