EMM reconciliation allows you to manage and reconcile the mobile assets for an enterprise.
The EMM Reconciliation link, available from the Organize tab in your Tool Bar, opens the EMM Assets Scanned page which allows you to quickly view the dashboard of the reconciled asset details.
This report is scheduled and updated based on the actions performed on the report.
You can also export this report.
Note: Some of the features available in Premium Mobile may be restricted by your administrator or your Client Settings.
To use the EMM Assets Scanned page and view the dashboard, perform the following steps:
1. From the Organize tab in your Tool Bar, click EMM Reconciliation.
2. Select Reconciled to view the Local and EMM asset details for every associated employee for all the matched assets.
3. Select Near Match to view the Local and EMM asset details for every associated employee for all the partially matched assets. You can edit the record with the following steps:
a. Expand the record.
b. Click Update Local Asset Details to copy the EMM asset details to the Local details and click OK to match the record.
c. Click Ignore Asset Differences to and consider the record under the User Ignored Assets and click Yes.
Note: Assets with Owner Mismatch are displayed along with the Near Match assets. You can differentiate the type based on the displayed buttons to edit the record. If the asset is a combination of Owner Mismatch and Near Match, you will be displayed with the relevant buttons to edit the record.
4. Select Owner Mismatch to view the Local and EMM asset details for every associated employee for all the non-matched assets. You can edit the record with the following steps:
Expand the record.
Click Transfer Ownership of Asset to transfer the asset to another employee and match the record.
Click the required owner from the list to transfer the ownership.
Click Ignore Asset Differences to and consider the record under the User Ignored Assets and click Yes.
Note: Assets with Near Match are displayed along with the Owner Mismatch assets. You can differentiate the type based on the displayed buttons to edit the record. If the asset is a combination of Owner Mismatch and Near Match, you will be displayed with the relevant buttons to edit the record.
5. Select EMM Only to view the unknown EMM asset details for every associated employee for all the unknown assets. You can edit the record with the following steps:
Expand the record.
Click Transfer Ownership of Asset to transfer the asset to another employee and match the record.
Click the required owner from the list to transfer the ownership.
Click Ignore Asset Differences to and consider the record under the User Ignored Assets and click Yes.
6. Select Local Only to view the unknown local asset details for every associated employee for all the unknown assets.
Note: Does not display the assets that are currently not serviced but were serviced earlier.
You can edit the record with the following steps:
Expand the record.
Click Transfer Ownership of Asset to transfer the asset to another employee and match the record.
Click the required owner from the list to transfer the ownership.
Click Ignore Asset Differences to and consider the record under the User Ignored Assets and click Yes.
7. Select User Ignored Assets to view the Local and EMM asset details for every associated employee for all the ignored assets. You can edit the record with the following steps:
Expand the record.
Click Transfer Ownership of Asset to transfer the asset to another employee and match the record.
Click the required owner from the list to transfer the ownership.
Click Remove Asset from Ignore List to permanently ignore the asset from the current report and click Yes.
