Note: The following topic is for Premium Mobile Administrators.
Premium Mobile Existing Device Plan/Selection allow administrators to, configure the user's ability to use an existing device or plan for services such as new activation, port, transfer in, and upgrade.
To edit Premium Mobile Existing Device Plan/Selection, perform the following steps:
1. From the Organize tab in your Tool Bar, click Client Settings.
2. In the Client Settings menu, click the Procurement Configuration link.
3. In the Procurement Configuration section, click the Edit link on the Existing Device Plan/Selection line.
The Existing Device Plan/Selection screen opens.
4. In the Existing Device Plan/Selection screen, you may configure the required radio buttons to
· Configure the display of the I do not need a device link for services such as new activation, port, transfer in, and upgrade.
· Configure the display of the I do not need a plan link for services such as transfer in and upgrade.
