Plan Catalog

Plan Catalog features help you access your Master Catalog where you find information about all major carrier plans available in the market. You may use this information to develop any of the following Company Catalog sets that you may make available to your employees.

·   Existing Service Catalog—displayed when employees are updating a service that has already been activated.

·   New Activation Catalog—displayed to employees during service procurement.

·   Plan Expert (Custom) Catalog—includes custom plans used by your company for plan optimization.

·   Employee Direct Catalog—allows you to offer the procurement portal to non-employees.

Note: While planning your catalog, if the selected catalog has one service plan and no optional features are available, the application bypasses the feature selection page. Similarly, if the selected catalog has one service plan and its optional features are available, the application bypasses the plan selection page.
