You can view the cost center wise expense of a hierarchy by selecting the View By Hierarchy option on the top right corner of the page. The Cost Centre - View Expense tab displays a summarized view of the cost center and its dependent unit's expenses in the following categories:
· Total Expense – Displays the total billed expense of the cost center and its dependent units for the selected month.
· Optimizable Expense – Displays the optimizable expense of the cost center and its dependent units for the selected month.
· Roaming Expense – Displays the amount of data used on roaming of the cost center and its dependent units for the selected month.
· Cost per Service Number - Displays the average cost per service number of the cost center and its dependent units for the selected month.
The arrow displayed below the category grid is called the Trend Icon. It indicates the percentage between the current amount and the benchmark. The category grid also displays Rolling Averages field which displays the calculated average value for last three or six months.
