User Summary Charges

The Cost Controller link, available from the Analyze tab in your Tool Bar, opens the Cost Controller search tool. The User Summary Charges feature allows you to view the most recent month and the previous two months charges for an employee.

Note: Some of the features available in Premium Mobile may be restricted by your administrator or your Client Settings.

To view summary charges for an employee, perform the following steps:

1.   Use the Cost Controller to locate the user and service number for which you want to view summary charges.

2.   Click the icon to open the User Summary Charges screen.

3.   Select either Invoice Cycle or Market Cycle.

4.   Select a Currency.

5.   Select the Suppress zero charges checkbox to hide the display of the charges having zero amount.

6.   Click the Search button.

The Snapshot View is displayed.

Note: The Snapshot View displays averages for the employee including the most recent month and the previous two months charges. Cellular Charges are displayed for each service assigned to the employee.

7.   You may filter the charges by Service Number and Vendor. You may also enter a partial department reference in the Quick Find field.

You may click the icon to open the Call Profile screen where you may view an analysis of the types of usage activities for the selected employee.

You may click the icon to open the Call Detail screen where you can view and manage monthly call detail (including the numbers called, the origination and destination locations, time, date and duration of calls and any associated charges) for the selected employee.
