Approval Role Configuration

Note: The following topic is for Premium Mobile administrators. For more information, see Approval Policy Configuration.

To configure roles for the approvers selected in Global Approval Settings, perform the following steps:

1. From the Organize tab in your Tool Bar, click Client Settings.

2. In the Client Settings menu, click the Approval Policy Configuration link.

3. In the Approval Role Configuration section of the Approval Policy Configuration screen, click the Edit Approval Role Configuration link.

4. In the Edit Approval Role Configuration screen, for each approver enabled in Global Approval Settings:

a. Select either the Traditional or Self Select radio button.

Your selection will be displayed in the Type field in Global Approval Settings.

b. If you chose Self Select, you may use the checkboxes to choose whether or not to include Email, Department, or Title display attributes.

In addition, if you chose Self Select, you may use the Edit links to configure Attributes and Attribute Values by approver.

c. Click the Save button.
