Configure End User Usage Emails

Note: The following topic is for Premium Mobile administrators.

The following topic shows you how to create a user e-mail policy.

To configure the Email End User Usage Emails for this Premium Mobile instance, perform the following steps:

1. From the Organize tab in your Tool Bar, click Client Settings.

2. In the Client Settings menu, click the Email Notifications link.

3. In the Email Notifications area, click the Configure End User Usage Emails link.

4. In the End User Usage Email Policies screen, click the Create a New EUUE Policy link.

Note: You may click an Edit link to change an existing policy. You may use the Copy link to copy and then Edit an existing policy to create a new policy.

5. In the End User Usage Email Policy Configuration screen:

a. Enter a Policy Name and click the Save button.

b. Click the Add button and select the Condition Type, Operator, and Values. When finished, click the Done link.

c. Use the Template drop-down list to select an EUUE template. For more information, contact your service representative.
