Note: The following topic is for Premium Mobile administrators.
To configure the Email Notifications for this Premium Mobile instance, perform the following steps:
1. From the Organize tab in your Tool Bar, click Client Settings.
2. In the Client Settings menu, click the Email Notifications link.
3. In the Email Notifications area:
a. Add or edit the information.
You may choose to send e-mail notifications in the Native currency used on an invoice or the Common currency you select. For more information, see Preferences.
The Minimum Invoice Amount to Receive Summary Email is evaluated against the Common currency that is configured in Locale Attributes Settings.
Example: The value entered here is 100.00. When usage e-mails are run, the system uses your common currency, in this example GBP (British pounds), and evaluates each invoice against 100.00 GBP. If an administrator changes the common currency from GBP to USD, the minimum invoice amount is going to be evaluated against 100.00 USD.
b. Click the Save button.
