To create a custom procurement message, perform the following steps:
1. From the Organize tab in your Tool Bar, click Client Settings.
2. In the Client Settings menu, click the Customized Procurement Messages link.
3. In the Custom Procurement Messages screen:
a. Click the Create a New Message link.
Alternatively, you may click the Copy link to the right of an existing message to begin the process of creating a new message with similar characteristics.
b. Enter a Title for your message (for example: iPhone Orders or Verizon Only).
c. Use the Edit links and text fields to specify the transactions, carriers, devices, in/out of policy, plans, or Premium Mobile pages for which your custom procurement message will be displayed.
d. Set the Display
Accept option to Yes if you want to display the Accept
button in the procurement messages that appear in wizard list page based
on certain settings.
If you set this field to No for all procurement messages, the application
displays the Hide button in the
procurement policy messages.
Note: The application checks the value set for the Display Accept field. If there are multiple procurement messages configured for a page based on multiple messages policy, and even if one message has the Display Accept field as yes, the application displays the Accept button in the procurement message.
e. Choose the display language from the drop-down-list.
f. Enter the custom procurement Message to be displayed.
g. Click the Save button.
For information about adding an annotation to your message, see Configure Annotations.
Once your new message has been created and saved, the Add Message in a new language link may be used to add the same message in another selectable language.
The Deactivate link may be used to preserve your message while no longer displaying it to the order placer. You may Activate the message later using the link.
The buttons may be used to move your message up or down in the list.
