The following topics show you how to navigate Premium Mobile using the wizard. For information about navigating Premium Mobile in the classic transactions menu, see Classic View. For information about using the menu tabs at the top of your Premium Mobile window, see Tool Bar.
In the Premium Mobile wizard, you are guided through brief Q&A style steps. Catalog browsing is easy and the flow very intuitive. For example, device selection is always the first step in shopping, and when accessories are available for a chosen device, accessory options are always presented next. To provide added flexibility, you are allowed to skip through order screens you don’t need and move to the next step in the process.
Note: Some of the features available in Premium Mobile may be restricted by your administrator. This Help system details all of the features to which you may have access.
Note: The Home tab in the Tool Bar takes you to the wizard view where you may choose to enter the Classic View. You may access the View Profile and View Orders features from your wizard Home page. The For Someone Else link lets you begin any of the wizard functions for another user.
In the wizard, you begin by clicking one of the links:
· The Order a Cell Phone/Device link helps you to order a wireless device, service, and/or accessory with a new number.
· The Transfer Personal Service to Corporate link helps you to order a wireless device, service, and/or accessory with while transferring your personal number to your company.
· The Manage Existing Wireless Service link helps you manage the carriers, plans, devices, features, accessories, and services associated with your number(s).
· The Quick Links helps you to place the transactions for Change Plans and Update Features.
Note: The Quick Links may be restricted by your administrator based on the Client Settings configuration.
· The Order Accessories link helps you to order accessories for your wireless devices.
