Services and Assets

The Services and Assets section of the User Profile page provides access to many popular Premium Mobile features.

Note: Some of the features available in Premium Mobile may be restricted by your administrator.

In the User Profile page, the following buttons are available:

·   The Add Service icon helps you quickly add cellular, paging, data, or calling card service for a user.

·   The Add Asset icon helps you quickly associate a device (cell phone, pager, or calling card) with a user.

·   The Manage Device icon helps you to view device information and manage the device for a user.

·   The Calculate Date link in the Upgrade Eligible column helps you calculate the date for the next upgrade.

·   The Activate New Service button helps you to order a wireless device, service, and/or accessory with a new number.

·   The Transfer Service In button helps you to order a wireless device, service, and/or accessory with while transferring your personal number to your company.

·   The Transfer In and Port button helps you to transfer your existing personal service from your current carrier to a company carrier.

Note: You may click the icon to open the User Summary Charges screen where you may view the most recent month and the previous two months charges for the selected user.
